The Halloween Pumpkin
It was the night before Halloween and Halloween Town was getting excited. The Halloween pumpkin in the scary, haunted castle was glowing so bright it would blind someone. The Halloween pumpkin is what keeps Halloween Town alive but they said someone was going to try to steal it.
A witch called Sophie and a zombie called Zam had been sent to protect the pumpkin. This was the hardest job ever but they did not mind. They were already friends from school. When they saw the castle it was so scary they had to shut their eyes. The castle was black with grey clouds floating around, bats flying everywhere and spider webs all over the place, just at the sight people, even monsters would scream and run away but Sophie and Zam didn’t.
Sophie asked “ How are we going to do this?”
Zam said “ I don’t know, lets just go in and see” when they walked through the door and climbed up the millions and millions of stairs they opened a door saw the pumpkin but some one was standing in front of it.
It was the mayor, he said “Welcome, I am the mayor of Halloween Town, you must be Sophie and Zam,” so they carried on talking about the pumpkin and that it was about to be stolen.
On Halloween night the pumpkin was stolen and Sophie and Zam looked for hours but found nothing. When they looked out the window and found someone was standing in front of the castle holding the pumpkin so they ran down and chased after him. They found out it was the evil wizard because his hood fell down. Once they caught him they put him in jail and put the pumpkin back in its place. Sophie and Zam now loved their job and carried on doing it.
